Cloud Services Operations

Contributing to cluster and virtual-server management, resource-utilization tracking, capacity planning and performance monitoring across enterprise cloud and virtualization infrastructure. Supporting VM template, provisioning and lifecycle processes, plus troubleshooting across Linux, Windows Server, networking and virtualization layers in L2/L3 support workflows.

Internship

İSBAK

Systems & Virtualization Infrastructure

Built a multi-host VMware ESXi / vCenter lab with segmented frontend, backend and storage networks. Configured Windows Server LAN Routing and DNS, shared iSCSI datastore access, and Nginx reverse proxy routing; then verified end-to-end communication for a React, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL three-tier application.

Internship

TÜBİTAK SAGE

Embedded Systems · Guidance Kits Laboratory

Developed a SOLID-oriented Python power-supply automation system with unit tests and asynchronous RS232/LAN communication. Built data reconstruction and ARQ logic for corrupted UART frames caused by TTL–RS232 incompatibility, and created an ESP8266 NodeMCU web-control module for wireless test-rig operation.

Selected projects

Projects chosen for the engineering problem they demonstrate: backend design, cloud cost, real-time systems, high availability and network architecture.

Penkrowd

Jul 2024 — now

Built a serverless backend with Firebase Cloud Functions and secured API endpoints using JWT, OAuth2 and rate limiting. Data modelling and NoSQL query optimisation reduced cloud operating cost by 25%. The project received a first-place award at Google Technology Academy and was selected for events including Dubai Step Conference, Take Off, TEKNOFEST and Tech Istanbul.

DasDas

Apr — Oct 2025

Migrated Next.js pages from runtime dynamic rendering to SSG and moved Firestore data-fetching and caching into the build phase. This removed unnecessary runtime database reads, reduced cost by 60% and made page loads 3× faster. Automated content builds through a GitHub + Vercel CI/CD pipeline.

Built a mock-interview platform combining expert matching, appointment management, real-time video interviews and AI-assisted performance analysis. The backend uses Spring Cloud Gateway, PostgreSQL, Redis and Kafka in a service-based, event-driven architecture; Redis distributed locking prevents concurrent booking conflicts.
